The Headquarters for the Trailvyne Trading Company was created from the still intact Oshkosh Corporation building in Oshkosh. Discovered and re-purpose by Robert Trailvyne. he established and supervised the repair to its near former glory. Members of the company began to then branch out into neighboring areas to procure land for themselves and the company. What was then the Wittman Airport, it's flight strip was transformed into a working market place for merchants and wanderers to come and have fair trade with merchants and be able to sell profitable goods to one another. The original building was used as a manufacture plant where specialty trucks were created for goals like military use or other community services. Due to it's strong walls and fortifications already for the building it's become a safe haven for more higher profile merchants and leaders.
The original vehicles that were found on site have either been dismantled or re-purposed into transporting good quickly from one destination or another. However, due to the limitations of fuel and maintenance for these trucks, they are very rarely seen and normally indicate something of value is being transported over. This is why when news got around about these trucks, they were coined as "Value Trains" by locals but also by local bandits. They are normally contracted by more higher profile merchants with valuable goods which need to be transported long distances, or sometimes by the local Dreamers faction when attempting to move steam technology from the New Age Labs.
